A Little Nostalgia

I remembered how Josh, John, Patrick(?), and I used to study in the Taylor's library till it closed before we trotted of to dinner on occasions. I remembered how we used to stare across from the library to the bright neon sign board of The Web and say how fast the year would be coming to an end and how sad that our taylor's life would come to an end. It was really a year i didn't want to end at that point in time.
One of the lasting memories i'll forever carry is i had my first ever birthday surprise by a group of classmates i had barely known then. Starting from the moment Aaron took me for a rather long walk around the old block to so called talk about Kwee's 'problems'..at tht time he was still all about...A. He got a call and said teacher was fuming. Got back to class and i was pleasantly surprised. I remember getting a nice gift from Fai and Jessie too. That was real nice. The fact that it was the first time i actually had a group of ppl celebrate my birthday in that manner was really really touching (seriously! it was!).
I remember our eating out sessions, from dim sum to BKT to Khunthai. It was all really great. The convoys to wherever and whenever. Skipping Econs for Dim Sum was one of them. How we walked half way round ss15 for French Toast to Pork noodles.
The time John and I brought CY to AYA was one of the best priceless moments i'll ever have. How the guy was traumatized for an entire week. Singing 'No turning back..No turning back..' It was an experience.
Walking into K3 at the start of the year i thought what a big snob Josh was. Grunts and groans with funny stares was my first impression of him. But what a great friend he turned out to be. First impressions definitely let me down for this guy goes down as one of the most down to earth all round nice guys you'll ever meet with an appetite of a cow=) My place is no longer the same since knowing Josh and the k3 lot.
I still think back of it as the greatest year of my teenage life. Stepping into the K3 as strangers we all left as friends. And that is one thing that i hold dear to me although we may no longer be that closed knit group we once were I still cherish each one of you (not forgetting Kirsty the unofficial k3-ian). You guys mean allot to me.

Have a nice day people.
