I finally turn 19 today.

I don't feel different. Should I?

Yesterday was brilliant. The gig at Starbucks went well. A few teething problems but i'm happy with the general performance and the crowd was awesome. Then again, having a healthy number of people you know in the crowd is always a good thing=) From Danker cheering the corwd on to Kirsty and jacq's groupie screaming antics. Oh and Pravin screaming my name. That made me feel good. I'm not gonna lie about that...haha

All in all, our dynamics were good and we were allot tighter that we originally thought we were. Quite frankly, we arrived really low on confidence. We were literally so nervous. When the group next to us came with their equipment all ready with Iron Cobra pedals and a custom snare, i seriously didn't wanna play no more. Once Sound check began all our worries went away. Thank God! We were the only band playing funk in the form of jaco's Funky Chicken and low-mellow rock songs from Goo Goo Dolls and The Calling. The others went for those growling hardcore songs. My solo was really too short and i kept missing my cowbell. Oh well..

All in all, Really big THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE THAT WERE THERE SUPPORTING US. Thanks MO for dropping by!

More Importantly, THANK GOD FOR GIVING US ALL WE NEEDED TO PERFORM OUR TALENTS AND OUR LIVES.

Last but not least, To My bandmates at CROSS ADVERTISEMENT, Marc, Sean, and Jared. You guys rock! Greater things to come!

Well Gig Night at Starbucks didn't just end that way. many things followed like how MPSJ stormed the places and raided the equipments with all sorts of excuses. I'll fill you in on it once i get the full picture.

But for me the night didn't just end there as well.

Headed down to Pizza Uno for dinner with the greatest bunch! Thank You so much Aaron, Kirsty, Josh, CK, Ghee, Fai, Kwee, Eugene, and Shu Shuen. I really appreciate it!
