So here i am munching on my cereal at 1:31am. not bad i should say for an early start to the day.

Property Law assignment is driving me up the wall already, cause really why on earth should i be bothered about Native Title? Or why should even bother to know what Mabo found so important to have his case heard. Twice! All that trouble from 1988 to 1992 just to finally see Justice Brennan declare the doctrine of Terra Nullius false. He got no compensation whatsoever on his apparent land which should have fell under Native Title rights but was extinguished through governmental legislation.

Hah.. I've ranted.

Now i'm feeling better.

On with things,

I really do wanna visit Melbourne again at the end of this year. So i'll prolly need to start saving up for that trip just before heading back for home.

Drumming auditions are coming up on sunday morning. I'm already feeling scared. And the best part? I don't even have a drum kit to practice on.

This concludes my pointless post.
